These terms set out how HSR handles planter sales, delivery, returns, landscape service agreements, and the privacy of your enquiries. Please read them before placing an order or booking a project.

We collect the name, email address, phone number, and project details you share through our enquiry form. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and manage any resulting order or project. We do not sell your personal information, and we store enquiry communications securely.

Planters and artificial plants are dispatched to the delivery address confirmed at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on stock, location, and product size, and we will confirm an estimated date before dispatch. Please check each delivery on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork.

If a planter or artificial plant arrives defective or damaged, contact us within the period stated at checkout with photographs and your order details. Eligible items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Returns for items that are not defective are subject to the conditions confirmed at purchase.

You may request to cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and the returns process above will apply.

Landscape services are provided under a written scope agreed with you after an enquiry or site visit. The scope, timeline, and payment schedule will be confirmed before work begins. Changes to the agreed scope may affect cost and timing and will be discussed with you in advance.
